I am so tired of startups doing worse than me

I literally saw a multi million funded startup build an AI model for Android devices and tout it as their best achievement. I put a 32M parameter looped model on ESP32, an 8MB chip. I have three different softwares in production right now. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. How are these guys getting so much money?
